Shipping and returns
Packages are usually delivered within 2-5 days by DHL with order tracking and delivery without signature.
Shipping charges include loading charges, packing charges and postage. Loading charges are fixed, while transportation charges vary, depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with extra care.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened products.
